Vallejo Game Color Special FX Green Rust 72.605 is a water-based acrylic weathering paint for adding green oxidation textures to miniature figures, scenery and dioramas. It is intended to represent an oxidised surface effect rather than clean metallic colour or ordinary green paint. Brush application allows the weathering to be concentrated around selected fittings, recesses and exposed details where the green corrosion effect is required.

What's the difference between a paint and a wash?

Paints are opaque colour for coverage; washes are thin, pigmented fluids that flow into recesses to add shading and depth. Most painters use both.
