Scale75 Secrets of Alchemy SSE-106 is a boxed Instant Colors collection. The wooden case contains sixteen 17 ml matt acrylics, a 60 ml bottle of Dispel Magic acrylic medium and a Tame Synthetic No. 1 brush. The paints use the Instant Colors formula for rapidly establishing colour gradients with a single layer on wargame and board game miniatures.

  • Paints: SIN-00 Shadow Black, SIN-01 Werewolf Brown, SIN-04 Love Affair, SIN-06 Ragweed Orange, SIN-08 Full Healing, SIN-10 Zucchini Skin, SIN-12 Fairy Blood and SIN-14 Phoenix Feather.

What's the difference between a paint and a wash?

Paints are opaque colour for coverage; washes are thin, pigmented fluids that flow into recesses to add shading and depth. Most painters use both.

Can I use these paints in an airbrush?

Do I need a primer?
