Quick Disconnect Female Adapter

Hose-Side Socket · 1/8" BSP · Metal Construction

🔧 1/8" BSP Thread 🔌 Hose-Side Socket ⚡ Click-Lock Release 🎁 Gift Packaging

What Is This?

The hose-side half of the Gaahleri quick-release system. This female socket fits onto your compressor hose. Once installed, male adapters on your airbrushes click in and out instantly — no threading or tools required between brush changes.

Supplied in gift-style packaging.

Male vs Female — Which Do You Need?

🔌 Female socket — this product

Goes on the hose. Install once. All your airbrushes click into it.

🔧 Male adapter (sold separately)

Goes on each airbrush. One per brush.

Compatibility

✅ Gaahleri quick-release male adapters

✅ Any standard 1/8" BSP male quick-release plug

✅ Mounts to any 1/8" BSP hose end

⚠️ Heads Up

Female socket only — you still need male adapters on each airbrush to complete the quick-release setup. Male adapters are sold separately.

Verify your hose uses 1/8" BSP thread — some compressors (particularly US market) use 1/4" NPT which is not compatible.

What nozzle size do I need for miniatures?

0.3mm is the versatile all-rounder for base coats and priming; 0.2mm suits fine detail work. Larger nozzles (0.5mm) are for terrain and big surfaces.

Do I need a compressor with a tank?

A tank smooths the airflow and reduces pulsing, giving more consistent results — worth it if you spray regularly, but tankless compressors work fine for occasional use.

How do I keep an airbrush working well?

Flush with airbrush cleaner between colours and strip-clean after each session. Most spraying problems are cleaning problems.
