Tamiya 1/35 Type 74 Tank Winter Version 35168
The kit proposed by Tamiya company includes a plastic model kit of Japanese main battle tank in 1:35 scale.
The Tamiya kit allows building the model of the Japanese Type 74 first-generation tank from the Cold War era with three crew members (commander, loader, driver). Type 74 was designed at the turn of the sixties and seventies. The standards corresponded to the main NATO tanks - Leopard and M60. He had the latest equipment, laser sighting, computer, cannon stabilization in both planes and hydraulically adjustable suspension. The tank adapted to winter conditions was equipped with additional equipment for the crew, including skis and a thermal case for the gun.
In the box, there is a hull element, 5 frames with parts of the model, rubber tracks and decals (allow reconstruction of the vehicle from the 2nd or 11th Tank Battles or the 71st or 73rd Tank Regiment).
Plastic parts should be cut out of frames, fit together and glued according to the assembly instruction. You should paint the whole model using modeling paints. It is important to remember that some plastic parts require painting before gluing. In the end, it is needed to apply decals according to markings or graphics in instruction.
