Vallejo Wild Tuft Beige SC420 is a blister of 35 peel-and-place tufts, each standing 6mm high. The Beige colour suits sandy ground, pale grassland, dunes and vegetation exposed to prolonged sun or dry conditions. Their height gives enough presence for established grass beside rocks, tracks and terrain boundaries. Arrange the pieces separately or in irregular clusters. Optional PVA glue can provide a firmer permanent attachment.

What do tuft sizes like 2mm, 4mm and 6mm mean?
That's the grass fibre length. 2mm suits small bases and subtle ground cover, 4–6mm reads as fuller vegetation on 28–32mm miniature bases.
Are tufts self-adhesive?
Most modern tufts peel off their sheet with adhesive on the underside — press onto the base, no glue needed. Loose static grass is applied over PVA instead.
How do I apply static grass?
Brush PVA where you want grass, sprinkle or use an applicator, then tip off the excess once dry. An applicator makes fibres stand upright for a more natural look.
