Rosemary & Co Leather & Fabric Wrap (Short Handle)

This is the premium piece in Rosemary & Co's wrap range — handmade in Shropshire, England, from navy cotton canvas and full-grain leather. The leather front panel carries an engraved Rosemary & Co logo and a built-in carry handle, and the whole thing rolls up and fastens with two proper leather buckle straps. The fittings are solid metal with copper rivets; it's built to last and ages beautifully.

Inside are five individual brush pouches plus a pocket for the bits and pieces that travel with you. Because the body is fabric rather than a sealed shell, your brushes can breathe — useful if you pack up while they're still drying. This is the Short Handle version, for brushes around 7" / 178 mm — standard for most watercolour, miniature and detail brushes. Paint with long-handle brushes (around 11")? Pro tips

• Load brushes head-up so the tips never take any weight.
• The breathable canvas is forgiving if you pack up slightly damp — but still let brushes dry fully before long-term storage.
• Use the pocket for a palette knife, pencil or pens so your whole kit travels together.
• Real leather develops a lovely patina — keep it away from prolonged water and solvents and it'll only look better with age.

The body is canvas with a leather front panel — a soft, premium wrap, not a rigid hard case. It organises your brushes, protects the tips, carries by the handle and lets the brushes breathe, but it won't give crush-proof, hard-shell protection. It holds 5 brushes in this size, and is made for short-handle brushes — check the length before you buy.
