Product overview

Sons of Thor Veteran Shoulder Pads gives you ten pads, two each of five designs. One shows an animal skull set over a thick mass of fur, one a wolf's face in a round medallion under a raised rim, one is covered in rows of studs, one has broad raised bands with a line of studs between them, and the last is smooth with a single diamond-shaped gem at its centre. In Kromlech's painted example an axe-wielding warrior wears one of the banded pads, and the warrior itself is not included. The pads are cast on two strips of five, so each strip holds one of every design.

  • Ten pads, five designs, two of each
  • Skull and fur, wolf medallion, studs, gem
  • Resin, 28mm scale
  • Supplied unpainted

Notes · Q & A

What are resin bits and how do I prepare them?

Cast resin upgrade parts for customising miniatures. Wash in warm soapy water to remove mould-release residue, then attach with super glue.

Will these bits fit my miniatures?

They're designed for 28mm heroic-scale wargaming figures — check each listing's dimensions against your model.

How do I fill small gaps after converting?

A little modelling putty (Green Stuff or Milliput) pressed into the join, smoothed with a damp tool, disappears entirely under primer.
