Product overview

Orc Melee Weapons is a set of ten resin hand weapons for orcs: five designs, each cast twice. The set holds a cleaver-headed axe with a hooked back, a long jagged chopping blade, a broad hammer with winged side plates, a slim notched blade and a single-bit axe with a toothed edge, all on wooden hafts wrapped in metal bands. Kromlech sums the pack up as the perfect mix of sharp objects any orc will enjoy. His painted photo gives the heads yellow and steel faces over dark wooden handles, and a second shot lays out the grey resin castings.

  • 10 weapons, five designs, two each
  • Axes, cleavers, blades and a hammer
  • Banded wooden hafts
  • Weapons only; unpainted resin

Notes · Q & A

What are resin bits and how do I prepare them?

Cast resin upgrade parts for customising miniatures. Wash in warm soapy water to remove mould-release residue, then attach with super glue.

Will these bits fit my miniatures?

They're designed for 28mm heroic-scale wargaming figures — check each listing's dimensions against your model.

How do I fill small gaps after converting?

A little modelling putty (Green Stuff or Milliput) pressed into the join, smoothed with a damp tool, disappears entirely under primer.
