Product overview
One 120 mm oval base, one to a blister. At this width the plating, grating and growth across it hold together as a single stretch of ship, and a model on top shares the ground with it instead of covering it. Alien Infestation is what happened to that ship: goo over the floor, wiring pulled apart, and the remains of the crew still lying in it. Buying one base at a time is what puts 120 mm at the display end of the theme rather than in a unit tray.

- Across the theme the material never changes — goo, torn cabling, eggs, small critters and the crew's remains — whatever size it is on.
- One magnet fits underneath, 6 mm across and 1 mm thick at most, and you buy it separately.

What do tuft sizes like 2mm, 4mm and 6mm mean?
That's the grass fibre length. 2mm suits small bases and subtle ground cover, 4–6mm reads as fuller vegetation on 28–32mm miniature bases.
Are tufts self-adhesive?
Most modern tufts peel off their sheet with adhesive on the underside — press onto the base, no glue needed. Loose static grass is applied over PVA instead.
How do I apply static grass?
Brush PVA where you want grass, sprinkle or use an applicator, then tip off the excess once dry. An applicator makes fibres stand upright for a more natural look.
