Product overview

This Bolt Action starter army builds a force of German Fallschirmjäger, the paratroopers who took Crete in 1941 and held the monastery at Monte Cassino for months, where they earned the name Green Devils. Thirty-six plastic paratroopers carry rifles, assault rifles, submachine guns, light machine guns and Panzerfausts, enough for a rifle platoon and its commander. Metal castings add an 81mm mortar team, sniper, Panzerschreck and flamethrower teams and a 75mm PaK 40 anti-tank gun, while two plastic kits bring the armour: a StuG III Ausf. G and an Sd.Kfz 251 Ausf. D half-track with a rear-facing machine gun. The current box, Green Devils, marks the force for the mid and late war.

  • 36 plastic Fallschirmjäger
  • Metal 81mm mortar and 75mm PaK 40
  • Metal sniper, Panzerschreck and flamethrower teams
  • Plastic StuG III and Sd.Kfz 251 half-track
  • 28mm models, unassembled and unpainted
