Vietnam Earth is a dry pigment with a broader subject list than the name alone suggests: AFV, aircraft, civil models, dioramas, figures, military projects and wargaming. Brush the ultrafine powder onto the surface for a controllable matt effect, or work wet when the application needs a different approach. Its low adhesion makes fixing important where the finished layer must stay secure.
Pigment Fixer turns it into a wet application; White Spirit does the same job.
Those auxiliaries can also secure powder already applied dry.
Combine it with other range colours or modelling textures.
Supplied as 35 ml of loose powder in a screw-cap jar.

Notes · Q & A
What's the difference between a paint and a wash?+
Paints are opaque colour for coverage; washes are thin, pigmented fluids that flow into recesses to add shading and depth. Most painters use both.
Can I use these paints in an airbrush?+
Many acrylics can be thinned for airbrushing — check the product description; ranges marked "Air" or "airbrush-ready" work straight from the bottle.
Do I need a primer?+
Yes for bare plastic, resin or metal — primer gives paint a surface to grip and prevents chipping.
