AK Interactive WWII US Army & USMC Camouflage Colors is an eight-paint 3GEN acrylic set for American military vehicles used throughout the Second World War. It covers uniform Olive Drab and Ocean Gray finishes, the desert schemes used in Tunisia and Sicily, and the multicolour camouflage applied by US Marines in the Pacific. Unlike the later Cold War MERDC set (AK11653), this box is organised around the principal US Army and USMC vehicle finishes of a single conflict.

What's the difference between a paint and a wash?
Paints are opaque colour for coverage; washes are thin, pigmented fluids that flow into recesses to add shading and depth. Most painters use both.
Can I use these paints in an airbrush?
Many acrylics can be thinned for airbrushing — check the product description; ranges marked "Air" or "airbrush-ready" work straight from the bottle.
Do I need a primer?
Yes for bare plastic, resin or metal — primer gives paint a surface to grip and prevents chipping.
