AK Interactive Real Colors Markers Late German AFV Camo Colors Set contains three acrylic paint markers representing the standard camouflage colours used on German Army vehicles and equipment from spring 1943 until the end of the Second World War. RAL 6003 Olivgrün, RAL 7028 Dunkelgelb and RAL 8017 Rotbraun-Red Brown support camouflage detailing, small-area painting and local touch-ups. The pen-style applicator allows direct, controlled colour placement without preparing an airbrush or palette.

What's the difference between a paint and a wash?

Paints are opaque colour for coverage; washes are thin, pigmented fluids that flow into recesses to add shading and depth. Most painters use both.

Can I use these paints in an airbrush?

Many acrylics can be thinned for airbrushing — check the product description; ranges marked "Air" or "airbrush-ready" work straight from the bottle.

Do I need a primer?

Yes for bare plastic, resin or metal — primer gives paint a surface to grip and prevents chipping.
