Product overview
Civilian specification defines AK35013, a 1:35 model of the short-wheelbase Series IIA Station Wagon from the mid-1960s. The kit distinguishes this version through its simple front bumper, angled rear crossmember and horizontally mounted side and indicator lamps. A ventilated tropical roof, sliding rear windows, bench seating and an internally carried spare reproduce the enclosed passenger body, while an optional front-mounted spare supports the included military interpretations.
More than 220 plastic components make up the vehicle, engine and interior.
A photo-etched fret and rubber tyres are included.
The driving position can be assembled in left- or right-hand-drive form.
Seven Cartograf marking options include civilian vehicles, Jordanian service and captured military examples.

AK Interactive Land Rover IIA SWB
I had been looking for a IIA SWB, hopefully in 1:24, found this one in 1:35. Extremely detailed model: in fact too detailed for my 67 yr old eyes- I am skipping quite a few of the tiny and over-the-top pieces, like steering linkages (for both RHD and LHD) consisting of at least a dozen separate pieces each. I might have managed it in 1:24, but 1:35 is too small. With that said, the moldings are crisp with almost no flash, and the instructions are the most complete I've seen yet (in over 50 years of model building).
