AK Interactive British Army Colors North-West Europe 1941-44 is the earlier of AK's two North-West Europe boxes, covering the 1941-44 period; for 1944 until the end of the war you want the sibling set, AK11679. Its four 3rd Generation acrylics are the camouflage colours AK lists as most commonly used on British and Commonwealth vehicles in the theatre across those years, with Khaki Green No.3 — the early-war base — alongside the S.C.C. browns. The colours also served Canadian, Australian, New Zealand and other Commonwealth armies of the period.

What's the difference between a paint and a wash?
Paints are opaque colour for coverage; washes are thin, pigmented fluids that flow into recesses to add shading and depth. Most painters use both.
Can I use these paints in an airbrush?
Many acrylics can be thinned for airbrushing — check the product description; ranges marked "Air" or "airbrush-ready" work straight from the bottle.
Do I need a primer?
Yes for bare plastic, resin or metal — primer gives paint a surface to grip and prevents chipping.
