Abteilung 502 Intense Blue is a vivid artist oil for extending a blue palette with a stronger, more saturated tone. AK Interactive recommends it for fantasy and science-fiction models, as well as painted clothing that needs additional colour richness. The paint combines PB29 and PB15:3 pigments in ABT502's reduced-oil formulation, developed to produce more matt finishes while retaining the controlled blending and working properties of oil paint.

What's the difference between a paint and a wash?
Paints are opaque colour for coverage; washes are thin, pigmented fluids that flow into recesses to add shading and depth. Most painters use both.
Can I use these paints in an airbrush?
