Eight Model Color acrylic paints for East German armour and infantry — the three-tone camouflage of T-72M tanks, Mi-24 Hind helicopters and NVA infantry in the Team Yankee / WWIII setting. The palette covers German Cam. Beige WWII and Khaki for sand tones, German Cam. Medium Brown for earth bands, German Fieldgrey WWII for the base coat, Refractive Green for IR-reflective surfaces, Pale Blue and Sky Grey for aircraft undersides and optical equipment, and Black Grey for tracks, rubber and deep shadow. Designed as a companion to the Utility Paint Set 70.201. Each 17 ml bottle has an eyedropper cap.

What's the difference between a paint and a wash?

Paints are opaque colour for coverage; washes are thin, pigmented fluids that flow into recesses to add shading and depth. Most painters use both.

Can I use these paints in an airbrush?

Many acrylics can be thinned for airbrushing — check the product description; ranges marked "Air" or "airbrush-ready" work straight from the bottle.

Do I need a primer?

Yes for bare plastic, resin or metal — primer gives paint a surface to grip and prevents chipping.
