Vallejo WWII American Armour & Infantry Paint Set contains six 17 ml Model Color acrylics selected for US uniforms and vehicles, with a labelled painting diagram on the back of the box. It is intended for painters working on 1942-44 infantry, late-war uniforms and armoured vehicles. Vallejo assigns specific colours to jackets, trousers, webbing, vehicle bases and highlights, and presents the set for use alongside the separate Utility Paint Set.

What's the difference between a paint and a wash?

Paints are opaque colour for coverage; washes are thin, pigmented fluids that flow into recesses to add shading and depth. Most painters use both.

Can I use these paints in an airbrush?

Many acrylics can be thinned for airbrushing — check the product description; ranges marked "Air" or "airbrush-ready" work straight from the bottle.

Do I need a primer?

Yes for bare plastic, resin or metal — primer gives paint a surface to grip and prevents chipping.
