Vallejo Game Color Skin Wash 72.093 is a transparent acrylic ink for shading, unifying and modifying established skin tones on miniatures. Its high pigment concentration adds translucent tonal depth while preserving the lighter undercoat and sculpted detail beneath it. Skin Wash differs from standard opaque Game Color paint by working as a glaze or wash and drying with a satin finish. It can be applied with either a brush or an airbrush.

What's the difference between a paint and a wash?
Paints are opaque colour for coverage; washes are thin, pigmented fluids that flow into recesses to add shading and depth. Most painters use both.
Can I use these paints in an airbrush?
Many acrylics can be thinned for airbrushing — check the product description; ranges marked "Air" or "airbrush-ready" work straight from the bottle.
Do I need a primer?
Yes for bare plastic, resin or metal — primer gives paint a surface to grip and prevents chipping.
