Vallejo Wild Tuft Dense Green SC413 supplies 35 tufts on a peel-and-place backing, each measuring 6mm tall. The Dense format uses thicker, more tightly packed clusters, while the Green colouring suits lush undergrowth, established grassland and concentrated vegetation around woodland scenery. Use individual tufts for substantial isolated plants or group several to create heavier growth along banks and terrain edges. Optional PVA glue is available for permanent fixing.

What do tuft sizes like 2mm, 4mm and 6mm mean?
That's the grass fibre length. 2mm suits small bases and subtle ground cover, 4–6mm reads as fuller vegetation on 28–32mm miniature bases.
Are tufts self-adhesive?
Most modern tufts peel off their sheet with adhesive on the underside — press onto the base, no glue needed. Loose static grass is applied over PVA instead.
How do I apply static grass?
Brush PVA where you want grass, sprinkle or use an applicator, then tip off the excess once dry. An applicator makes fibres stand upright for a more natural look.
