Monument Hobbies Pro Acryl AMP Colors is a set of 18 acrylic paints developed in partnership with the Atomic Mass Games painting studio. They use the same Pro Acryl formula — high-density pigment in an acrylic medium — and are designed as specialist mixing and shading colours rather than a conventional spectrum. The range includes 14 opaque paints and four washes, covering unusual tones such as Petroleum Brown, Payne's Grey, Bright Green Blue and Peach Flesh that fill gaps between the standard Pro Acryl palette.
- 14 standard colours plus 4 washes (Magenta, Petroleum Brown, Brown Grey, Payne's Grey) and one metallic (Steel).
- Same Pro Acryl formula — intermixable with all other Pro Acryl colours. Brush or airbrush.
- Each bottle contains a 5 mm laboratory-grade glass agitator — inert and rust-free.
- Non-toxic, conforms to ASTM D-4236. Made in the USA.

What's the difference between a paint and a wash?
Paints are opaque colour for coverage; washes are thin, pigmented fluids that flow into recesses to add shading and depth. Most painters use both.
Can I use these paints in an airbrush?
Many acrylics can be thinned for airbrushing — check the product description; ranges marked "Air" or "airbrush-ready" work straight from the bottle.
Do I need a primer?
Yes for bare plastic, resin or metal — primer gives paint a surface to grip and prevents chipping.
