Tiny Alien Purple 2mm Tufts are small, low purple pieces for recreating alien herbs and mosses. That purple carries an ancient, magical aura with it, and alien ground or any other intriguing scene is where it is meant to land. Around 500 coloured tufts are gathered onto the printed sheet supplied in the blister.

The sheet is meant for model bases, hobby figures and scenic dioramas.
They suit work at very small scales.
Individual tufts peel away from the sheet one by one, ready to use once removed.

What do tuft sizes like 2mm, 4mm and 6mm mean?

That's the grass fibre length. 2mm suits small bases and subtle ground cover, 4–6mm reads as fuller vegetation on 28–32mm miniature bases.

Are tufts self-adhesive?

Most modern tufts peel off their sheet with adhesive on the underside — press onto the base, no glue needed. Loose static grass is applied over PVA instead.

How do I apply static grass?

Brush PVA where you want grass, sprinkle or use an applicator, then tip off the excess once dry. An applicator makes fibres stand upright for a more natural look.
