Swamp Shrubs place dark shrub silhouettes in foggy, waterlogged marshland during a frozen night. The tufts emerge in the scene like ghosts, prompting shivering travellers to quicken their pace. That's the grass fibre length. 2mm suits small bases and subtle ground cover, 4–6mm reads as fuller vegetation on 28–32mm miniature bases.

Are tufts self-adhesive?

Most modern tufts peel off their sheet with adhesive on the underside — press onto the base, no glue needed. Loose static grass is applied over PVA instead.

How do I apply static grass?

Brush PVA where you want grass, sprinkle or use an applicator, then tip off the excess once dry. An applicator makes fibres stand upright for a more natural look.
