Light Green 4 mm Wild tufts combine several light-green tones for young growth and short, pale herbs. Their habitat range covers many kinds of low prairie, pasture and meadow vegetation. Mixing them with other heights and colours widens both the shades and the growth levels available across miniature bases and scenic dioramas. We stock Light Green at 4 mm, 6 mm and 12 mm XL, and this is the shortest of those three heights; Tiny Light Green and Light Green Shrubs are separate products rather than the same colour at another size.

The Wild sheet carries around 70 tufts — the figure our 5 mm and 6 mm Wild sheets also use, here in 4 mm growth.
The same Light Green colour at 4 mm is sold in Small format with around 144 tufts.
Every tuft separates individually and is usable without further preparation.

What do tuft sizes like 2mm, 4mm and 6mm mean?

That's the grass fibre length. 2mm suits small bases and subtle ground cover, 4–6mm reads as fuller vegetation on 28–32mm miniature bases.

Are tufts self-adhesive?

Most modern tufts peel off their sheet with adhesive on the underside — press onto the base, no glue needed. Loose static grass is applied over PVA instead.

How do I apply static grass?

Brush PVA where you want grass, sprinkle or use an applicator, then tip off the excess once dry. An applicator makes fibres stand upright for a more natural look.
