Beige 6 mm Wild tufts provide light beige vegetation for very dry habitats. Their applications run from deserts with little plant cover through to seasonal summer prairie, dry steppe and cultivated fields. Scatter them thinly where almost nothing grows on the ground, or lay them more thickly for the prairie, steppe and field scenes; one sheet covers both ends of that span. Beige belongs to the range's group of dry colours, and mixing it with the others in that group is the pairing recommended for this sheet.
You get around 70 tufts in Wild format, matching the approximate total on our 4 mm and 5 mm Wild products.
The Small version provides the same Beige colour at 6 mm with around 144 tufts.
Among the colours we stock, Beige has the broadest height run: 2 mm, 4 mm, 6 mm and 12 mm XL. Within that run this is the tallest of the standard sheets, and only the 12 mm XL goes higher.
Every tuft separates on its own and can be used immediately.

Notes · Q & A
What do tuft sizes like 2mm, 4mm and 6mm mean?+
That's the grass fibre length. 2mm suits small bases and subtle ground cover, 4–6mm reads as fuller vegetation on 28–32mm miniature bases.
Are tufts self-adhesive?+
Most modern tufts peel off their sheet with adhesive on the underside — press onto the base, no glue needed. Loose static grass is applied over PVA instead.
How do I apply static grass?+
Brush PVA where you want grass, sprinkle or use an applicator, then tip off the excess once dry. An applicator makes fibres stand upright for a more natural look.
