Alien Frost gives a base or a model light-blue vegetation for environments defined by cold and mist. Its clearest settings are icy plains and frost-covered planets, where the light blue reads as part of the climate rather than an earthly plant. It also suits mysterious, less literal scenes beyond straightforward ice terrain.

What do tuft sizes like 2mm, 4mm and 6mm mean?

That's the grass fibre length. 2mm suits small bases and subtle ground cover, 4–6mm reads as fuller vegetation on 28–32mm miniature bases.

Are tufts self-adhesive?

Most modern tufts peel off their sheet with adhesive on the underside — press onto the base, no glue needed. Loose static grass is applied over PVA instead.

How do I apply static grass?

Brush PVA where you want grass, sprinkle or use an applicator, then tip off the excess once dry. An applicator makes fibres stand upright for a more natural look.
