A six-brush synthetic set with rounds and flats, built for young artists and beginners who need a durable, easy-learning toolset.
This set offers a classic beginner layout: three round brushes and three flats, each in a small size progression that supports learning across a range of simple tasks. The rounds are ideal for lines, details, and controlled drawing, while the flats make it easy to fill shapes, create edges, and paint broader areas. That makes the set especially useful for children, students, and first-time painters who need variety without complexity.
The synthetic construction is a major advantage for a junior set because it makes the brushes more durable, easier to clean, and more forgiving during repeated use. The short handles also support close, comfortable work at a desk or table. The set is practical for watercolour, school projects, and general art practice, and it offers better value than assembling the same starter range one brush at a time. For a beginner, it gives the right mix of control and coverage in a form that feels approachable and dependable.
What makes this brush special
This set should feel sturdy, consistent, and easy to handle. Synthetic fibres give reliable recovery and a clean working edge, which helps new painters learn brush control more quickly. The handles are short and comfortable, making the set suitable for younger users and close-up painting. Overall, it is a no-nonsense teaching set with dependable performance and a friendly learning curve.

How to care for your brush
All brushes in this set are synthetic, so they are easy to maintain. Wash them soon after use, reshape the points and flats with your fingers, and avoid leaving paint to dry in the ferrule. Warm water is acceptable, but very hot water is unnecessary and can shorten brush life. A mild soap is useful when paint has been left on the brush a little too long. Store them dry in a way that protects the tips and edges, ideally in a roll, box, or upright holder. That will help them keep their shape through repeated beginner use.
