Synthetic general purpose round. Versatile, affordable daily-use brush for all media.
The Da Vinci Nova Series 1570 is a general-purpose synthetic round brush suitable for watercolour, acrylic, and general painting. Part of Da Vinci's Nova range, it offers solid German quality in an affordable synthetic format.
The 1570 is a workhorse brush — not a specialist, but a reliable performer for everyday painting tasks. Good point retention, decent paint capacity, and durable synthetic fibres make it suitable for studio utility, practice sessions, and any situation where a dependable brush is needed without the cost of natural hair. For hobby painters, it serves well for basecoating, applying washes, and general acrylic work.
