At 150 mm, AK9546 is the short stainless steel rule for controlled work close to the hands. Its straight edge can guide a modelling knife, support re-panelling work or help bend photo-etched parts, while the compact measuring span suits jobs confined to a small section of the model. The reverse adds workshop references without taking space from the marked face.
The inch-to-millimetre conversion table covers 1–6 inches.
Tap-drill references run from M1 through M27.
A separate W.W./UNF thread table completes the reverse.

Notes · Q & A
What do tuft sizes like 2mm, 4mm and 6mm mean?+
That's the grass fibre length. 2mm suits small bases and subtle ground cover, 4–6mm reads as fuller vegetation on 28–32mm miniature bases.
Are tufts self-adhesive?+
Most modern tufts peel off their sheet with adhesive on the underside — press onto the base, no glue needed. Loose static grass is applied over PVA instead.
How do I apply static grass?+
Brush PVA where you want grass, sprinkle or use an applicator, then tip off the excess once dry. An applicator makes fibres stand upright for a more natural look.
