AK35012 builds the short-wheelbase Land Rover Series IIA as a mid-1960s military Rover 8 in 1:35 scale. Its bodywork includes the pusher bumper, straight rear crossmember, D-ring bumperettes, vertically arranged lamps and IR-type headlights associated with this specification. An additional fuel tank, towing fittings and tools mounted on the tailboard complete the service configuration, while a canvas cover is provided for the cargo bed.

Contains more than 230 plastic parts, accompanied by a photo-etched detail fret.
The engine and cabin are represented, with a choice of left- or right-hand drive.
Rubber tyres can be combined with combat split rims or the alternative civilian-style wheels.
The Cartograf decal sheet supplies seven painting and marking options.
