Abteilung 502 Primary Yellow is a basic artist oil that can be applied alone or combined with other colours. AK Interactive positions it as a warm yellow for adding lighter areas to green and orange tones, making it useful both as a direct colour and as part of controlled mixes. The ABT502 formula contains less oil than conventional artist oils to support more matt finishes while retaining the extended working time and blending control associated with oil paint.

What's the difference between a paint and a wash?
Paints are opaque colour for coverage; washes are thin, pigmented fluids that flow into recesses to add shading and depth. Most painters use both.
Can I use these paints in an airbrush?
