Vallejo Model Color Smoke is a transparent glaze colour for scale models, miniatures and dioramas. Its water-based acrylic formula is designed for glazing, tinting and creating depth effects over previously painted surfaces. The transparent formulation allows underlying detail and colour to show through for subtle shading and tonal variation.

Supplied in an 18 ml eyedropper bottle.

What's the difference between a paint and a wash?

Paints are opaque colour for coverage; washes are thin, pigmented fluids that flow into recesses to add shading and depth. Most painters use both.

Can I use these paints in an airbrush?
