Product overview
Eight Model Color acrylic paints for WWII US armoured troops — the olive drab HBT (Herring Bone Twill) coveralls, winter trousers, tanker helmets and field accessories of the tank crews who served from North Africa to the Rhine. The palette runs from Iraqi Sand and Khaki for sun-faded canvas through Khaki Grey and Olive Brown for the standard HBT weave, to Gunship Green, US Dark Green and German Cam. Extra Dark Green for the deep olive and helmet tones. Sunny Skin Tone covers faces and hands. Each 17 ml bottle has an eyedropper cap. Step-by-step painting guide by Jaume Ortiz included.

Notes · Q & A
What's the difference between a paint and a wash?
Paints are opaque colour for coverage; washes are thin, pigmented fluids that flow into recesses to add shading and depth. Most painters use both.
Can I use these paints in an airbrush?
Many acrylics can be thinned for airbrushing — check the product description; ranges marked "Air" or "airbrush-ready" work straight from the bottle.
Do I need a primer?
Yes for bare plastic, resin or metal — primer gives paint a surface to grip and prevents chipping.
