Lapis Lazuli Blue is a loose dry pigment rather than a liquid paint or wash. Its vivid mineral blue sits outside the usual earth and rust palette, lending itself to blue-green patina, oxidised copper effects or fantasy and alien weathering where conventional browns would not fit.

What's the difference between a paint and a wash?
