Product overview

Lotus Flower is the only water plant on our Laser Plants shelf, one of nineteen sheets, placing its blooms above calm pond surfaces rather than on dry ground. The pack contains 42 petal groups on one printed sheet, coloured and cut by laser before packing. Once removed, the groups are fixed with glue to bases, terrain or dioramas. In life the blooms open above the surface while the roots stay in calm, shallow ponds.

What do tuft sizes like 2mm, 4mm and 6mm mean?

That's the grass fibre length. 2mm suits small bases and subtle ground cover, 4–6mm reads as fuller vegetation on 28–32mm miniature bases.

Are tufts self-adhesive?

Most modern tufts peel off their sheet with adhesive on the underside — press onto the base, no glue needed. Loose static grass is applied over PVA instead.

How do I apply static grass?

Brush PVA where you want grass, sprinkle or use an applicator, then tip off the excess once dry. An applicator makes fibres stand upright for a more natural look.
