Product overview

Green Stuff World Fluor Pigments Set No. 3 combines White, Lime Green, Turquoise and Yellow, giving a mixed warm-and-cool selection rather than the closely grouped palettes of Sets No. 1 and No. 2. The dry powders are intended for fluorescent colour effects across miniatures, models, bases and dioramas. They can be worked loose with a brush or mixed into binders and effect materials, with UV light increasing their visible intensity.

Contains four 30 ml jars: Fluor White 2377, Fluor Green Lime 2364, Fluor Turquoise 1777 and Fluor Yellow 2366.
Fluor Yellow 2366 is also included in Set No. 1.
Apply dry or mix with paints, varnishes, resins, gels, water effects and texture pastes.
A pigment fixer, acrylic medium or light varnish coat improves durability.
The pigments are non-toxic, but inhalation of loose dust should be avoided.

Notes · Q & A

What's the difference between a paint and a wash?

Paints are opaque colour for coverage; washes are thin, pigmented fluids that flow into recesses to add shading and depth. Most painters use both.

Can I use these paints in an airbrush?

Many acrylics can be thinned for airbrushing — check the product description; ranges marked "Air" or "airbrush-ready" work straight from the bottle.

Do I need a primer?

Yes for bare plastic, resin or metal — primer gives paint a surface to grip and prevents chipping.
