Five 40 mm round bases in the Urban Warfare theme, for heavier infantry and single models that need more ground than an infantry disc gives them. At this diameter the street reads as a scene rather than a fragment — there is room for a stretch of paving to run into broken ground, and for the drums, wheels, sandbags and rubble of the theme to sit around the model rather than under it. Small herbs and mosses grow through the damage. Each of the five is arranged differently, and all are painted before they are packed.
Painted and hand-finished; no preparation needed beyond gluing the model down.
40 mm suits a heavier or larger single figure rather than rank-and-file infantry.
Part of the Battle Ready Bases range.

Notes · Q & A
What do tuft sizes like 2mm, 4mm and 6mm mean?+
That's the grass fibre length. 2mm suits small bases and subtle ground cover, 4–6mm reads as fuller vegetation on 28–32mm miniature bases.
Are tufts self-adhesive?+
Most modern tufts peel off their sheet with adhesive on the underside — press onto the base, no glue needed. Loose static grass is applied over PVA instead.
How do I apply static grass?+
Brush PVA where you want grass, sprinkle or use an applicator, then tip off the excess once dry. An applicator makes fibres stand upright for a more natural look.
