Alien Grass Tuft Starter Box groups three 6 mm Alien sheets with one Tiny Purple sheet for extraterrestrial grasslands, overgrown cyber outposts and other sci-fi settings. The selection can support vivid or ominous scenery while keeping the vegetation clearly outside a natural grass palette. This is a starter kit rather than a tuft-only pack, adding tweezers, PVA glue and printed basing guidance to its four vegetation sheets.

  • Full sheets included: Alien Blue 6mm, Alien Void 6mm, Alien Purple 6mm and Tiny Purple.
  • Tweezers are supplied as one pair; the adhesive is one bottle of PVA glue.
  • The printed item is a basing guide booklet.
  • A completed diorama and display base are excluded.

What do tuft sizes like 2mm, 4mm and 6mm mean?

That's the grass fibre length. 2mm suits small bases and subtle ground cover, 4–6mm reads as fuller vegetation on 28–32mm miniature bases.

Are tufts self-adhesive?

Most modern tufts peel off their sheet with adhesive on the underside — press onto the base, no glue needed. Loose static grass is applied over PVA instead.

How do I apply static grass?

Brush PVA where you want grass, sprinkle or use an applicator, then tip off the excess once dry. An applicator makes fibres stand upright for a more natural look.
