Product overview

Jungle XL brings bright green 12 mm growth to the upper layer of a rainforest base — the high ground vegetation that sits beneath the canopy. It gives that layer a warm, tropical character, with around 36 larger shapes rather than a dense sheet of small clumps. Combining it with other sizes and colours adds detail and realism to bases and dioramas.

The XL format is the tallest grass tuft Gamers Grass makes.
Wild XL is the only shape offered across the XL sheets.
Individual pieces come away ready to use; tweezers give more control, and a small amount of PVA makes the fix permanent.

What do tuft sizes like 2mm, 4mm and 6mm mean?

That's the grass fibre length. 2mm suits small bases and subtle ground cover, 4–6mm reads as fuller vegetation on 28–32mm miniature bases.

Are tufts self-adhesive?

Most modern tufts peel off their sheet with adhesive on the underside — press onto the base, no glue needed. Loose static grass is applied over PVA instead.

How do I apply static grass?

Brush PVA where you want grass, sprinkle or use an applicator, then tip off the excess once dry. An applicator makes fibres stand upright for a more natural look.
