Dark Green Shrubs are shrub-shaped tufts in a dense Mediterranean woodland colour, cut and coloured at the factory. The scene they belong to is intertwined undergrowth sheltering the royal owl's young, the children of the Night Throne. One printed sheet comes in the blister, and the pieces lift off it one at a time onto model bases, terrain or a diorama.

Each tuft stands 6 mm high.
This is the shrub sheet in Dark Green, not the grass tufts that share the colour name.
Tweezers give you more control as you lift a piece away.
A little PVA glue makes the fix tougher and permanent.

What do tuft sizes like 2mm, 4mm and 6mm mean?

That's the grass fibre length. 2mm suits small bases and subtle ground cover, 4–6mm reads as fuller vegetation on 28–32mm miniature bases.

Are tufts self-adhesive?

Most modern tufts peel off their sheet with adhesive on the underside — press onto the base, no glue needed. Loose static grass is applied over PVA instead.

How do I apply static grass?

Brush PVA where you want grass, sprinkle or use an applicator, then tip off the excess once dry. An applicator makes fibres stand upright for a more natural look.
