Beige XL turns the tallest tuft height in the range into dry, upright vegetation rather than broad ground coverage. Its pale colour suits plant-scarce arid terrain when used sparsely, or seasonal summer high pasture and mature crop fields when built more densely. The XL sheet gives you around 36 larger shapes, fewer than any other Gamers Grass sheet we stock. For a more varied dry setting, combine them with other dry colours in different sizes.

Wild XL is the only shape the XL sheets come in, unlike the Wild and Small choice offered on shorter sheets.
Each tuft can be lifted from the blister one by one and used immediately.
Use tweezers to control removal; a little PVA provides a tougher, more permanent fixing.

What do tuft sizes like 2mm, 4mm and 6mm mean?

That's the grass fibre length. 2mm suits small bases and subtle ground cover, 4–6mm reads as fuller vegetation on 28–32mm miniature bases.

Are tufts self-adhesive?

Most modern tufts peel off their sheet with adhesive on the underside — press onto the base, no glue needed. Loose static grass is applied over PVA instead.

How do I apply static grass?

Brush PVA where you want grass, sprinkle or use an applicator, then tip off the excess once dry. An applicator makes fibres stand upright for a more natural look.
