Gaahleri Airbrush Cleaning Kit 11-Piece Set — 40157
Gaahleri
Complete 11-piece airbrush cleaning set — cleaning pot with integrated airbrush holder, cleaning needle, 5 brushes, and 3 cotton filters. Universal fit for Gaahleri, Iwata, Harder & Steenbeck, Badger, and most other brands.
Why This Kit?
One purchase covers everything you need for routine airbrush maintenance: a cleaning pot to flush paint into (instead of the air), a holder to rest your airbrush between sprays, a cleaning needle for stubborn nozzle blockages, a set of brushes for the paint channel and cup, and replaceable cotton filters to catch paint particles and reduce mist.
It works with most airbrush brands — not just Gaahleri — so it's a practical first cleaning setup regardless of what airbrush you own.
How It Works
Routine flushing: Pour cleaner into the airbrush cup, point the airbrush into the cleaning pot, spray through. Paint and solvent go into the sealed container instead of into the air. The cotton filter catches particles and reduces odour. Do this between every colour change and after every session.
Deep cleaning: Use the cleaning brushes (5 different diameters) to scrub the paint channel, gravity cup, and air cap. The cleaning needle clears stubborn dried paint from the nozzle — use it gently and sparingly.
Between sprays: The integrated airbrush holder on the pot lid keeps your airbrush secure and upright while you're mixing paint, checking references, or taking a break.

Who Is This For?
Great fit if you:
Just bought your first airbrush and need a complete cleaning setup from scratch.
Want a single purchase that covers routine flushing, deep cleaning, and airbrush storage.
Use multiple airbrush brands and need universally compatible cleaning tools.
Paint in a shared space and want to reduce airborne paint mist during cleaning.
Probably not for you if:
You already own a cleaning pot and a decent set of brushes — there's significant overlap.
You need replacement O-rings, seals, or internal parts — this is a cleaning kit, not a repair kit.
Pro Tips
Flush after every colour change — get into the habit of running cleaner through the pot between colours. It takes 30 seconds and prevents paint build-up that leads to clogging and sputter.
Use the cleaning needle sparingly — it's for removing stubborn dried paint from the nozzle, not for routine use. Aggressive scraping can damage the nozzle seat. If you're reaching for it every session, you're not flushing often enough.
Replace the cotton filters regularly — once they're saturated with paint, they stop filtering effectively. Standard cotton filters are easy to source when the originals run out.
Empty the pot before it fills up — especially with heavy primers and metallics. A full pot splashes back and defeats the purpose.
Worth Knowing
Cleaning only, not repair — this kit doesn't include O-rings, valve seals, PTFE tape, or any internal replacement parts. For that, you need a dedicated maintenance/service kit.
The cleaning needle requires care — used carelessly, it can scratch or damage your nozzle. Treat it as a last resort for dried-in blockages, not a daily tool.
Standard-size cleaning pot — fine for regular miniature painting sessions, but heavy users (large terrain projects, automotive work) will need to empty it more frequently.
Pricier than no-name sets — basic cleaning pot + brush kits exist for less. This kit justifies its price through build quality, the integrated holder, and the included filters — but if you're on a tight budget, a cheaper set does the same core job.
