Product overview

This box shares its bodies with the 8th Army plastic set and adds its own heads and headgear, so 30 hard plastic Commonwealth infantry for the desert war and the fighting in Italy come out of it, in khaki drill. The Commonwealth forces that faced the Afrika Korps and the Italian army came from Great Britain, India, Canada and far beyond. Its weapon parts match the 8th Army box, from the Lee Enfield and the Bren to the Thompson, the Webley, the 2-inch mortar and a Boys anti-tank rifle, and the two sets mix naturally on the table.

30 hard plastic 28mm figures
Heads and headgear of its own
Brens, Thompsons and a Boys rifle
Bases and an assembly leaflet
Supplied unassembled, unpainted
