Brush, fingertip and cotton swab are all published application options for AK451 True Metal Metallic Blue. This 20 ml metallic paint uses a wax base, and its dried surface can be polished to develop the metallic appearance. It may also be sprayed through an airbrush after suitable thinning, giving another way to lay down the colour.

  • White spirit is the specified thinner for airbrushing.
  • Prepare the model with primer before laying down the colour.
  • Allow 48 hours for complete drying.
  • The coating can receive an acrylic varnish afterwards.
