AK Interactive Real Colors Super Gloss Finish 1K RC705 is a high-gloss lacquer varnish for model kits. Use it to apply a clear gloss layer over a painted model or seal completed paintwork. The non-yellowing formula does not damage decals and may be applied over acrylic, lacquer or solvent-based paints. It can be thinned with RC701 or RC702 when required.

What's the difference between a paint and a wash?
Paints are opaque colour for coverage; washes are thin, pigmented fluids that flow into recesses to add shading and depth. Most painters use both.
Can I use these paints in an airbrush?
Many acrylics can be thinned for airbrushing — check the product description; ranges marked "Air" or "airbrush-ready" work straight from the bottle.
Do I need a primer?
Yes for bare plastic, resin or metal — primer gives paint a surface to grip and prevents chipping.
