Brown Wash is the warm-colour choice within the Wargame wash range. It is built for pale, earthy palettes that need shadows and depth without introducing the pure-black character of Black Wash or the corrosion emphasis of Dark Rust Wash. Its place in the range is palette-led shading rather than a dedicated named effect, giving brown a distinct role beside the darker general-use options.
Specifically suited to sand and yellow colours.
The enamel wash is intended to flow through difficult detail more readily than thinned acrylic paint.
The series is aimed at fantasy and science-fiction models.

Notes · Q & A
What's the difference between a paint and a wash?+
Paints are opaque colour for coverage; washes are thin, pigmented fluids that flow into recesses to add shading and depth. Most painters use both.
Can I use these paints in an airbrush?+
Many acrylics can be thinned for airbrushing — check the product description; ranges marked "Air" or "airbrush-ready" work straight from the bottle.
Do I need a primer?+
Yes for bare plastic, resin or metal — primer gives paint a surface to grip and prevents chipping.
