AK Interactive British Army Colors Tunisia, Sicily & Italy 1943-45 is a three-bottle set of 3rd Generation acrylics covering the camouflage colours AK lists as most commonly used on British and Commonwealth vehicles in Tunisia, Sicily and Italy from April 1943 until the end of the Second World War. AK notes that S.C.C. No.15 Olive Drab was introduced a year into that window, so it does not apply to the earliest 1943 subjects — worth knowing before committing to a specific vehicle. The same colours served Canadian, Australian, New Zealand and other Commonwealth armies of the period.

  • Set contains (3 × 17 ml): AK11383 British Light Mud, AK11028 S.C.C. No.14 Black (Smoke Black), AK11386 S.C.C. No.15 Olive Drab

What's the difference between a paint and a wash?

Paints are opaque colour for coverage; washes are thin, pigmented fluids that flow into recesses to add shading and depth. Most painters use both.
