Rain Marks for NATO Tanks is a 35 ml enamel effect for the pale, vertical rain streaks that run down vehicles finished in tri-colour NATO camouflage. Draw the streaks on with a fine-pointed brush, low on the sides and in an irregular pattern, then leave them about ten minutes. Once they have started to set, drag a flat brush dampened with White Spirit gently downward to soften them into believable weather staining.

What's the difference between a paint and a wash?
