VALST-AFV002 is a 1/35 weathering stencil for airbrushing the marks left by leaking oil or petrol drums. Five circular rings of different diameters include drip and splatter detail, reproducing stains where metallic barrels have stood on a vehicle hull or diorama surface. This is an effects stencil rather than a sheet of unit markings or decals. Its translucent, flexible 125 × 125 mm plastic can be washed after use and reused.

Sprue cutters or a hobby knife — what do I actually need?

Cutters remove parts from the sprue cleanly; the knife trims the leftover nub and mould lines. You'll want both — they do different jobs.
