Vallejo Game Color Special FX Rust 72.609 is a water-based acrylic effect paint for adding rust texture to miniature figures, machinery, scenery and dioramas. It represents iron-related weathering rather than the green oxidation covered by Green Rust or the broader deterioration represented by Corrosion. The brush-applied formula allows rust effects to be placed on selected model details without treating the product as a conventional base colour.

What's the difference between a paint and a wash?
